Dr. Paul Mesack received his undergraduate degree from Albion College in 1967. He spent three years in the army and returned to Michigan State University where he received his Doctor of Veterinary medicine degree in 1973. After practicing for three years in Anchorage Alaska, Dr. Mesack returned to Michigan and has been with the Grayling Hospital for Animals since 1976. He founded the Grayling Hospital for Animals and the Roscommon Veterinary Clinic, both accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. Dr. Mesack is a past president of the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association. He and his wife Judi have a daughter and her family living in Holt, Michigan, and a son and his family living in Washington, DC. They also have two dogs and one cat to keep them company at home.
